FluxMod Sampler Wrapper

Enables FluxMod in float8 quant_mode to be used with advanced sampling nodes by wrapping another SAMPLER. If you are using multiple sampler wrappers, put this node closest to SamplerCustom/SamplerCustomAdvanced/etc.
